WRX Wave Repeater – Deep Shoulder Milling System
Featuring both 12mm and 17mm AXMT style inserts tangentially mounted and positioned to provide a long continuous cutting edge the newly designed WRX Wave Repeater End Milling System promises the ultimate in high performance deep shoulder milling. Designed to run at elevated feed rates the soft cutting action reduces cutting resistance, vibration and noise to substantially improve metal removal rates, tool life and surface finish. Cutters range from 20mm diameter (18mm doc) to 100mm diameter (53mm doc) and utilise coated carbide grades Super FF and Super ZX for unbeatable performance.

MSX Metal Slash Mills - Ultra High Feed - Multi Function - General Purpose
The MSX Metal Slash Mill is a newly designed multi function high shear milling cutter with ultra high feed capability for face milling, plunging and helical boring. At 50 GPa the ultra hard SUPER ZX coated inserts feature a sharp cutting edge which demonstrates extreme resistance to wear and heat, massively boosting productivity and tool life.
The vibration free cutting action ensures accurate sizing, improved surface finish and protection of the machine tool/workpiece from damage. Inserts are double clamped in wide chip gullets to maximise rigidity and chip evacuation with temperature at the cutting edge being easily controlled via an optional air blast through integral coolant holes.
The MSX cutter is readily applied to general purpose milling operations across the P steels M stainless and K cast iron range of workpiece materials with impressive results.
